Finn Hudson was a lot of things, star of the football team, school jock, ex boyfriend of Rachel Berry and Quinn Fabray, son and step brother, but the one thing that he liked being more than almost anything else was a member of the Glee Club. He had thought it sounded stupid and hoakie when he first joined but now it was one of the things he most looked forward to. He loved being in the choir room, surrounded by people who shared his newfound passion for all things glee club. Sure some of the people could get on his nerves and being around both Rachel and Quinn all the time could get a little hard, but he had learned a lot in his time in New Directions.
As he entered the room, he was shocked to find it was empty. No sign of Schue, or any of the other members. Checking the fake rolex he wore around his wrist, he saw he was still early. Stupid Saturday rehearsals. He sighed as he walked farther into the room and took a seat at the piano, aimlessly hitting some keys he thought about what the next few weeks of Glee Club might hold. He continued playing around with the keyboard as he awaited the other students.
Brittany shook out her long blonde hair as she exited her car. She was excited, no more cheer uniforms, no more pom poms- she always seemed to hit herself in the face. She was free of Sylvester's clutches and could spend more time focusing on the important things in life, like the gummy bears who lived in trees, and making sure everybody was nice to to the tooth fairy.
Entering the school the blonde ran her hand down the length of her shirt, getting all the wrinkles out. The school was quiet, almost too quiet, she had seen Finn's car in the parking lot so she knew he would be here, but she expected the rest of the group to be there as well. "God I hope, Finn's not going to go all thrasher movie on me...." She thought as she walked the hallways towards the choir room. She shook her head at the thought, afterall she was too pretty, and too popular to get killed off without witnesses.
Pushing the slightly closed door open, she saw Finn sitting at the piano, his back to her. She thought for a minute, she had never really spent a whole lot of time with the giant teenagers except for the times they made out under the bleachers after a football game. "Oh well, no time like the present." she said under her breath as she skipped over to him, and slid onto the bench beside him, flashing a giant grin and hugging him. "I like hugs!" she exclaimed.
